SCOPE AND STANDING
Does this certify us to ISO 45001?+
No. Certification follows an independent audit by an accredited body. SafetrexIQ builds the management system that audit examines.
Is this legal advice?+
No. Generated frameworks, policies and assessments are drafts and templates for a competent person to review and approve.
Does it file RIDDOR reports?+
No. It gives a deterministic reportability verdict with the regulation cited and the deadline stated. Submitting remains your duty.
Which jurisdictions are supported?+
United Kingdom first. Statutory logic lives in a versioned jurisdiction pack, and no pack ships without a verified local-law expert in the loop.
DATA, AI AND ACCESS
Where does our data live?+
In France, inside the EU. Occupational-health records sit in a separate store behind an OH-role gate, with longer retention.
Can we switch the AI off?+
Yes, entirely. The management system, register and incident loop all work without it; drafting becomes manual.
Can another company see our records?+
No. Every table carries an organisation id, and every query filters on the signed-in session's organisation and role, enforced server-side.
Who can log an incident?+
Anyone with the QR code or link — no login, no app. They get a status page so the report does not vanish into a void.
